This Privacy Policy explains how SkipMyW2.com (the "Site"), operated by Akasi Labs (dba Lovelace Media) ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit the Site, interact with our virtual assistant Samantha, submit an inquiry about DSCR loans, or otherwise communicate with us.

SkipMyW2 is a media and advertising platform that publishes general information about Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties and accepts advertising from licensed third-party lenders that offer those loans. We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, mortgage loan originator, or financial advisor. We do not originate, process, underwrite, fund, or service mortgage loans, and we do not make any credit decision.

SkipMyW2 is owned and operated by Akasi Labs (dba Lovelace Media), based in Los Angeles, California.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily give us when you:

• Interact with our virtual assistant Samantha (your responses about property type, location, rental income, mortgage payment, credit profile, investment goals, and similar)
• Submit a contact form, request a callback, or text "SKIPMYW2" to a published number
• Email us, call us, or otherwise communicate with us
• Subscribe to email or SMS updates

This may include your name, email address, phone number, postal location, property details, estimated rental income, estimated mortgage payment, credit range (self-reported), and any other information you choose to share.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate location (city / region level)
• Device type, operating system, and browser type
• Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and click events
• Cookie and local-storage identifiers

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Our Featured Advertising Partner

SkipMyW2 is compensated for advertising services by a licensed third-party DSCR lender, referred to on the Site as our "featured advertising partner." By submitting your information through the Site, Samantha, or by texting "SKIPMYW2," you authorize us to pass that information to our featured advertising partner so that partner may contact you to discuss DSCR loan options. Our featured advertising partner operates independently, is solely responsible for its own products, services, and communications, and has its own privacy policy governing its use of your information.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), analytics, email and SMS delivery, customer relationship management, and security and fraud prevention. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.

4.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect the rights, property, or safety of SkipMyW2, our users, or others; or to investigate fraud or wrongdoing.

4.4 Business Transfers

If SkipMyW2 or Akasi Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.5 We Do Not Sell Your Information for Money

We do not sell your personal information for money in the ordinary sense. However, passing your contact information and inquiry details to our featured advertising partner in exchange for advertising compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). 5. Marketing and TCPA Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting on the Site, by interacting with Samantha, or by texting "SKIPMYW2," you expressly consent to receive marketing and informational telephone calls and text messages — including calls and messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice — from SkipMyW2 and from our featured advertising partner with whom we share your information. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending you transactional or service-related messages related to your inquiry.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

SkipMyW2 passes contact information submitted through the Site to our featured advertising partner in exchange for advertising compensation. Under the CCPA, this arrangement may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. If you are a California resident and you want to opt out of this sale or sharing, you have two options:

• Do not submit your information. The simplest way to prevent sale or sharing is to avoid submitting your contact details to Samantha, the lead form, or via the SKIPMYW2 text keyword. Browsing the Site without submitting does not result in sale or sharing of personal information.
• Submit an opt-out request. If you have already submitted information and want us to stop further sale or sharing, email us at dennis@akasilabs.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — California" and include the name, phone number, and email address associated with your inquiry. We will process your request within the timeframes required by the CCPA.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing under the CCPA, where technically feasible.
